Club Sponsorship
Columbia Hockey Club (CHC) is a 501c3 nonprofit agency that is a member of the Mississippi Valley Club Hockey Association (MVCHA). CHC is one of thirteen local high school hockey clubs that will serve fifty student athletes for the 2024-2025 season. To ensure our student athletes have every opportunity necessary to participate as members of the Columbia Hockey Club and represent our community, we are reaching out to business leaders in hopes that they will join us in our donation program.
Due to high school hockey not being a high school sanctioned sport, our organization/parents cover all costs. To keep costs to a minimum and affordable for our families, we must do as much fundraising as possible. We would be honored for you to take part in our program and assist us in creating a positive environment and experience for our athletes. We are committed to purchase uniforms, ice time, and reaching out to our younger prospects with team-bonding/community events. All of these commitments take funds, and we are positive that support from reputable companies like your own will assist us in sustaining our vision for our hockey club. Our banners will take part in every event we host to showcase our donors. During the season, these banners will be placed behind the benches or in our stands. In addition, depending on the contribution value, there will be various other ways donors will be recognized.
The Columbia Hockey Club has sponsorship available at four different option levels.
• Platinum Sponsor - a commitment of at least $750. This includes a large prominent logo on all banners, digital banner on our website and recognition as a Platinum Sponsor for the club on our sponsorship list.
• Gold Sponsor - a commitment of at least $500. This includes a smaller logo on all banners, digital banner on our website and recognition as a Gold Sponsor for the club on our sponsorship list.
• Silver Sponsor – a commitment of at least $250. This includes a smaller logo on all banners, digital banner on our website and recognition as a Silver sponsor for the club on our sponsorship list.
• Bronze Sponsor - a commitment of at least $100. This includes a digital banner on our website and recognition as a Bronze sponsor for the club on our sponsorship list.
• All other donations would be appreciated and can be made directly on our website: www.columbiahockeyclub.com/donate
All donations are tax deductible as the organization is an approved 501(c)(3) entity). Each applicant will receive a receipt for tax purposes for all donations. All proceeds will go directly to the club’s account to offset team costs. We appreciate the support from our community. Even in these tough times, this support is what helps our student athletes reach their dreams to play high school hockey. Your in-kind donation will serve as assistance to our club/parents to keep costs low. Our promise to you is we will be fiscally responsible and continue to engage and motivate our student athletes to continue to play in our organization and support our community. We will also make it our mission to remind our parents and athletes to continue to support businesses that support our program and promote them as much as possible. Should you choose to contribute, we will make your contributions more visible by recognizing your company on our social media platforms and at our fundraising events. Please submit the attached form with the formatted logo you would like to use by September 30, 2024, to be included on our hockey banner. Any other donations are welcome throughout the season.
Once we receive completed form, we will issue invoice for payment with request for business logo.
